Flakey in so Many Ways

I wanted to use this snowflake to make a drawer pull for an idea I had wandering around in my head but after a couple of attempts I began to wonder if it was a wise pursuit.

Then I enlisted my husband as advisor and assistant. It seems like no matter what cockamamie problem I present he always treats them with the utmost seriousness. As if I’m not flakey at all. And I do appreciate that.

In the end, with his bit of advice, I was able to get my snowflake drawer pull sorted out to my satisfaction.

Late in the afternoon here we had a brief snow flurry that came down fast and furious and then quit but it lasted long enough for me to take a few snapshots.

It covered most everything in just a few minutes.  The trees,

the chairs,

and the bear.

Beautiful to look at but it will be gone pretty quickly.
